HR and Volunteer Manager
We are seeking a strategic and highly organised HR and Volunteer Manager to lead and develop our people and volunteering functions. This role centres on fostering staff wellbeing, strengthening organisational culture, supporting employee development, and growing a high-quality volunteer programme that enables Belong To to deliver impactful services for LGBTQ+ young people. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and proactive professional with strong HR expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating positive experiences for both staff and volunteers in a values-driven organisation.
