Our youth groups provide a space for LGBTQ+ young people to develop friendships, get support and belong.
Our qualified and experienced Youth Workers welcome, support and encourage new young people to participate in the Youth Groups at their own level of comfort. Youth Workers meet with young people where they are at – in a caring and supportive manner.
Activities and programmes range from pizza nights and special events to information nights on a range of LGBTQ+ topics – determined by the group members.

This group is for LGBTQ+ young people aged between 14-17 years old.
New Young Person’s Group
This online group is open to any LGBTQ+ young person between 14-23 years. You don’t have to label yourself when you come to our groups, so if you are questioning your sexuality or gender identity, you can come along and just be yourself, without any pressure.
This group is a safe space where you will get the chance to meet one of the youth workers and ask them any questions you may have regarding Belong To, meet with new young people and have fun.
It is a once-off group that takes place over Zoom, every second Monday.
On completion, members can then join our existing weekly groups based in Dublin – Under 18’s, IndividualiTy, Over 18’s and The Ladybirds. If you cannot access groups in the Dublin region, check out our Find a Youth Group page and find your local LGBTQ+ youth group.
To sign up or to learn more, fill out the form below, and a member from our Youth Work Team will be in touch over email with more information and a Zoom link to the group.
