Director of Operations and Governance
Belong To is hiring a Director of Operations and Governance to help deliver its 2025–2027: You Belong Here strategic plan by ensuring that the organisation has the internal infrastructure to deliver on its mission. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), working in close partnership with the CEO and wider SLT, the Director of Operations and Governance will ensure the organisation meets its legal and regulatory obligations, while fostering a staff culture grounded in productivity, wellbeing, and shared purpose.

Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager
Belong To is seeking a Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager to join our Fundraising Team.
The purpose of this role is to devise and implement sustainable fundraising strategies and workplans to achieve Belong To’s annual targets through maintaining and growing its existing donor-base and securing new and sustainable sources of contributions.
