We are currently recruiting a Development & Training Officer for our National Network

The Development & Training Officer will ensure youth services across Ireland are safe, inclusive, and welcoming spaces for LGBTQ+ young people. They will support the National Network Coordinator with targeted and community-based youth services by providing information, advice, and training in relation to best practice, policy, and programmes. 

The Development & Training Officer will also play a key role in Belong To’s training and education services to relevant professionals who work with young people including rolling out our Rainbow Awards for youth groups, organisations, and services.  

Hours: Full-time, 35hrs per week  

Reporting To: National Network Coordinator 

Direct Reports: None 

Supported By: National Network Coordinator, Youth Services Manager  

Term: 1-year contract, renewable subject to funding and performance 

Salary: €34,757.65 to €40,245.70 depending on experience  

Starting Date: 13th of May 2024
