The HR and Operations Coordinator will support the organisation’s HR and Operations functions, and will lead on coordinating volunteering activities across the organisation, including exploring and implementing improvements to our volunteering programme and growing volunteering at Belong To
Salary: €40,368
Hours: Full time, 35 hrs per week

Supported By: Operations Department, Youth Services Department, Senior Partnerships and Diversity Manager

Belong To LGBTQ+ Youth Ireland is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting in line with best practice. The Finance Officer will also support the Fundraising Department with grants acquisition and management, supporting the proposal development process and ensuring the effective and efficient management of grants administration.
Salary: €34,757 – 40,245
Hours: Full-time, 35 hrs per week
Reporting To: Director of Governance and Finance
