Supporting LGBTI Mental Health Training – Roscommon
Please note that this training is now full.
We have a free, one-day workshop coming up in Roscommon on the topic of supporting the mental health of LGBTI+ young people. The workshops, in partnership with Jigsaw, are for those who work or volunteer in the training area.
Participants will:
- Develop knowledge of the language and terminology concerning LGBTI+ issues.
- Understand the current landscape of LGBTI+ young people’s mental health.
- Examine the impact of the social determinants of health on LGBTI+ young people’s mental health.
- Learn practical strategies to help build resilience of LGBTI+ young people.
Where: Property Registration Authority Building, Golf Links Rd., Roscommon.
