Launching our ESG Strategy for a Brighter Future

As Ireland’s national LGBTQ+ youth organisation, our work is shaped by the values of the young people we serve. This strategy is the result of a comprehensive review of our practices, impact and future plans, all guided by the voices of our most important stakeholders – LGBTQ+ youth.

This new ESG strategy ensures that our work benefits not only our community, but also the environment, our funders, and the wider public who support us.

A Collaborative Journey

This strategy was developed through extensive consultation with our stakeholders — including young people, staff, Board members, funders, donors, and volunteers — through workshops, surveys and interviews. Their insights helped shape a strategy that is ambitious, achievable, and rooted in real-world needs.

We’ve aligned our ESG framework with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), an internationally recognised standard that ensures our reporting is transparent, comprehensive, and comparable with best practices across the sector.
